Anymails - Visualization of my email inbox メールをメタファ化するのはよくあれど、このデザインのキュートさとモーションのグネウネ感は秀逸。説明ムービーは必見。なんか任天堂のゲームにありそうな。今のDSの流れから、PIM(Personal Information Manager)ソフトが出るのは時間の問題だと思うけど、こういったアンチビジネスライクなインターフェイスも搭載してくれるとハッピーだなぁ。あ、ちなみにこういうメタファ（擬人化？）もあります。これはこれでおもろい。 There are many metaphorized GUI of mailer. You know it's very hot that we call "PUI (Perceptual User Interface)" because of Nintendo DS, Wii and iPhone. We obviously need a dictionary system of PUI like the Apple's one. Because the number of gestures will be increasing, what's more the gesture must be different by each user's culture.

JavaScript / CSS / DOM image zoomer - TJPzoom 3 拡大表示のためのAjaxのサンプルなんですが、表示枠（ルーペ？）の調整操作がちょっと楽しい。クリックして左右にドラッグすると表示枠の大きさが、上下にドラッグすると拡大比率が変化します。ルーペのプロパティを調整するスライダーを画像の中に溶け込ませた感じ。最初に説明は必要ですが、すぐに慣れて軽快に使えます。操作のための細かいボタン選択や視線移動が少ないのは嬉しいし、「ぐいっ」とした操作感はiPhoneにも通じます。ただ、このサンプルだと操作するにはポインタを動かさなくてはならないため、ピンポイントでの継続的なズームアップは不可能なのがタマにキズ。ドラッグ中はカーソル動かさなくてもいいのに。 It's not only a sample of Ajax but also a remarkable UI. You can change the property of the zoom window by dragging your mouse. The UI feeling is similar to iPhone. But unfortunately, there is only one bad point about this sample. You can't zoom the image up continually at the fixed point, because the cursor must be moving. I'll make a suggestion that be stopping when dragging.

http://twostick.org/ 二つのジョイスティックのみで完結する文字入力インターフェイス。測定データだと普通のキーボードにかなり近いスピードで入力できてるみたいです。スゴい。一文字・1アクションで済むのと（両手は使うけど）、全ての外枠3x3に「スペース」と「デリート」のキーがあるのが素敵。こうすることによって、どんな状態でも「右入力は右へ進む」「左入力は左へ戻る」と本能的に操作を習得できるじゃないですか。ハード次第で片手でもできそうな気が。Wiiだったら、「"B" + "十字キー"」とか「"A" + "リモコンジェスチャー"」とか？ I think this UI design must be cool. You can input some lines more comfortable by only two joysticks! I love the idea what have "space" and "delete" key in any 3x3 areas. I also imagine if it's able to handl by one hand. Maybe it's depend on the hardware like "Wii".

なるほど。だからサービス内容に共感持てたのかも。iPodまで堂々と対応するわけですよ（すごくね？）。「24時間有人監視」が唯一のユーザー体験の妨げになるけど、しょうがないんだろうな、同じ屋根の下にコンテンツ屋もいるから。ぜひWiiでも見れますように。笑 SONY will start "eyeVio" that's movie sharing service like "Youtube". I think it must be hot because of the policy that's user experience matter. I also expect it can be used by Wii :-)

『開発ってレベルじゃねーぞ！』笑タイトルにわくわくしてリンク先に飛んだ自分は脱力（カンフー女子高生は楽しめた）。こういう使い方かー。これと全く関係ないですが、ピクロスDSとかでQRコードが答えとなる問題出して、解いてQRスキャンしたらすごいこと起こるって誰かやってませんか？プロモーションでやったら面白そうなのに。めちゃくちゃ難しそうだけど。 Despite the hot title, not much of a technology. I'm a little bit disappointed (but the movie is not bad, I love it). By the way, why doesn't Nintendo provide "QR Picross"? I guess it must be enjoyable promotion, don't you think?
